We offer a complete service from the initial design of your new project, through builders, plumbers, plasterers, electricians and professional installation by one of our team of installers.
We broadly follow a 5 Stage process:
Visit our showroom in Rawdon to get some design inspiration.
We take accurate measurements and review your design requirements. We create a first design for review at our next meeting.
We invite you to our showroom to review our initial designs. We discuss and finesse the final design, you can choose your final styles, colours, finishes, appliances. You can make a small deposit to secure an installation date, but this is not mandatory.
We take you through the design in detail, there is still time to make changes, don’t worry we will not rush you. If you decide to go ahead, we will take a deposit, place the order and schedule installation dates based on delivery lead times and availability of our teams.
We project manage your full installation. We keep you updated throughout the installation journey and provide a final visit to sign off the project. If you have any problems after this, do not worry, give us a call and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
